The Japanese style breakfast consists of Yudofu "Boiled tofu", grilled fish, Japanese omelet, vegetables, Miso soup and rice.
We appreciate it if guests can let us know in advance what preferable time their meal should be served.

Tofu: the Energy Source of Kyoto

Tofu is made of soybeans, water and magnesium chloride.
The protein in the soybeans have all eight essential amino acids and contributes to lowering cholesterol. Eating Tofu is beneficial in preventing high blood pressure and slowing menopause.
We take pride in incorporating this healthy and tasty tofu in our breakfast.

Tofu will be served with the first breakfast during your stay and for the second breakfast, grilled fish will be served.
